A new study found that American children obtain most of their calories from ultra-processed foods and the rate of obesity for children is always going up. Dr. Vanita Rahman and dietitian Karen Smith join “The Weight Loss Champion” Chuck Carroll to detail a study showing the alarming rise in highly processed foods finding their way onto children’s plates.
